His legal experience includes drafting corporate finance agreements, securities purchase agreements, warrant purchase agreements, convertible notes, and private placement memorandum. Michael’s work background includes in-house and law firm experience counseling clients in a broad range of legal, business and strategic issues. He is experienced in a wide range of technology areas including analog and digital circuits, wireless telecommunications, 5G technology, semiconductor, computer software, power electronics and controls, medical devices, and business methods.
